1. SERVICES WE PROVIDE
VOOXİO offers professional agent services enhanced by AI tools to support our agents in delivering efficient, high-quality results to our clients.

2. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Our Services can be accessed without creating an account. However, you may be required to provide certain information (e.g., contact details or payment information) when purchasing Services.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
- All Services are paid.  
- Prices are stated in euro (€) and include/exclude taxes as specified at checkout.  
- Payment must be made in full before the Service is provided.  
- We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card.  
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of the Service.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. AI TOOLS DISCLAIMER
Our Services may include output generated by AI systems.  
- While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated information may not always be correct or up-to-date.  
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated results before relying on them for any decision-making.  
- We are not liable for any action taken based on AI-generated content without independent verification.

6. INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY
- All content, designs, materials, and AI models used in our Services remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.  
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the output from our Services for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.  
- You must not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.  
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.  
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of Kosovo**.  
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo.
